- Transfer to next testing window: Fee of $75.
- Request via IMA Member Services (ima@imanet.org) no later than five days before your scheduled appointment. This fee cannot be waived.
- Your current exam appointment must be canceled before the transfer request is processed. If not canceled in time, ICMA cannot switch your registration.
- Prometric charges a fee of $50 if you cancel or reschedule within 3 to 30 days of your appointment. This fee cannot be waived.
- Rescheduling within same window:
- Prometric charges $50 for rescheduling/canceling within 3 to 30 days of your appointment date. No payment due to ICMA for this option.
- Important Reminder: If you miss your appointment, or cancel within 3 days (72 hours) of your scheduled time, you are considered a “no-show” and will forfeit your exam fee.
